At the April 21 meeting the board approved three school-level actions the business agenda listed. Vice Chair Mary Andersen moved to approve the East/West Choir Fundraiser (snow cones), seconded by Trustee Claridge; "Motion carried," the minutes record. The board also approved a new elective at Minico — recreational fly tying — with a change from charging a class fee to allowing students to purchase materials after completing the class (motion by Trustee Perez; seconded by Trustee Claridge; motion carried).
Trustees also approved a ticket-taker job description (motion by Trustee Kent, seconded by Vice Chair Andersen; motion carried). The minutes show the consent agenda (which included personnel and routine items) was approved by unanimous consent earlier in the meeting. The board recorded adjournment at 8:09 p.m.
