City Manager Lori Cobler presented modifications to the City of Florence Drought Response Plan intended to make Level 4 provisions more inclusive and consistent for Bulk Water Station users. The staff presentation clarified how Level 4 would apply and the expectations for station users.
Mayor Wolfe confirmed that pricing implications would still apply to Bulk Water Station users under the modified plan. Councilor Mergelman moved to adopt Resolution No. 9-2026; Councilor Vanhoutan seconded and the council recorded 6 Ayes. The resolution establishing the Drought Response Plan was adopted.
