The Facilities Committee provided multiple design and maintenance updates. StudioGC selected the Jaguar logo option #1 and concept #2 for Rutledge Hall corridor flooring, recommended sport court material color (Bright Blue with Black and White striping) and presented sitework options for the campus north of Rutledge Hall (Options B and C). The committee discussed converting shaded turf areas to concrete to address foot traffic and snow removal and considered working around an existing tree when planning.
The Committee also discussed Lincoln Hall courtyard window insulation and a recommendation to fully replace the window unit, and recommended exploring Rutledge Hall parking lot reconfiguration and Exterior Campus Storage options. The minutes note a SD71 athletic charter bus (First Student) damaged a Lincoln Hall outdoor basketball hoop on Dec. 2; First Student, Inc. offered to "cover all charges" for repair or replacement and administration is coordinating with StudioGC on the fix.
