Trustee Bogacz moved to approve the resolution, Trustee Vick seconded, and a voice vote was recorded as Bogacz, Fritz, Thompson, Vick, Walter, Zakrocky = ayes. The chair announced the motion carried. The resolution was entered as Resolution #301 in the meeting record.
