Mike Cook presented the Buckskin Hills Enduro Training Course proposal for funding a three-tier enduro practice facility on county land. The council questioned the relative cost of supporting infrastructure compared with the core trail construction.
Scott Wheeler moved to remove the vault toilet and awning from the initial award, preserving funds so the primary course could proceed; Brody Johnson seconded and the motion passed. Near the end of the meeting, after other savings and leftover funds were identified, Eric Nelson moved to restore $74,500 for the bathroom and awning; Brody Johnson seconded and the motion passed, restoring the restroom and awning funding to the project.
