The Cicero School District 99 Board of Education approved a consent agenda containing four resolutions to transfer funds between district accounts at its Sept. 15 special meeting.
The items were listed as: A) Resolution authorizing transfer of accumulating interest from the Working Cash Fund to the Illinois Municipal Retirement/Social Security Fund; B) Resolution authorizing transfer of funds from the Educational Fund to the Capital Projects Fund; C) Resolution authorizing transfer of funds from the Educational Fund to the Bond and Interest Fund; and D) Resolution authorizing transfer of funds from the Educational Fund to the Debt Service Fund. The minutes do not list dollar amounts for the transfers.
"It was moved by Member Moreno and seconded by Member Terracino to approve Consent Agenda items A through D as noted," the minutes state. Roll-call vote recorded yeas from President Tomschin, Secretary Manouzi, Members Terracino, Moreno and Barrera; nays: none. Vice-President Dominick and Member Couch were absent. The motion carried.
The minutes do not include staff presentations or line-item amounts for each transfer; they record only the resolutions' titles, the motion, and the roll-call result.
