The Nevada State Board of Pharmacy approved licenses and registrations for a wave of applicants during its March 4–5 meeting, including community pharmacies, wholesalers and medical-device vendors.
Approvals included ActivStyle, LLC (Medical Devices/Equipment/Gases license), Arise Pharmacy, Lyfe Pharmacy, Tera Pharmacy and multiple wholesaler or MDEG registrations such as Dia‑Foot, CAD‑Ray Distribution and Stryker Orthopaedics. Several approvals were conditioned on a favorable inspection or submission of additional application materials (for example, Lyfe Pharmacy and Stryker registrations). Motions to approve were generally unanimous; where conditions were set staff were directed to complete inspections or receive supplemental documentation.
