Board Member Scott moved and Board Member Ciancio seconded the motion; the vote was recorded as 6–0 with Board Member Macias absent.
The consent vote bundled routine operational approvals and renewals to streamline board action. The minutes list additional consent items such as approval of the advance check list and allowance of payments following the payables calendar for 2025–26.
