The Lockport School District 91 Board of Education special meeting was called to order by Board President Laura Garrett at 6:25 p.m. on April 15, 2025 at the Kelvin Grove LRC in Will County, Illinois. Roll call recorded Garrett, Oxley-Turner, Rodriguez, Fracaro, Arvidson, Cutforth and Gallagher as present; Superintendent Dr. Wilkey was also in attendance.
After a closed-session period that began at 6:27 p.m., the record shows Board President Garrett moved to end the closed session and resume the regular meeting at 8:27 p.m., a motion seconded by Oxley-Turner and approved by roll call. "Motion made by Garrett to come out of closed session and resume the regular meeting at 8:27 pm, seconded by Oxley-Turner Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Fracaro, Arvidson, Gallagher, Garrett, Cutforth, Oxley-Turner, Rodriguez" appears in the transcript.
