Board allows out-of-district sewer hookups for Sperlings at elevated rates

William and Linda Sperling purchased property in Williamson County adjacent to Crainville sewer infrastructure and, after connecting to the system based on county guidance, were informed they must be inside village limits to tap the sewer. The Board agreed to allow the Sperlings to use the Crainville sewer and set an out-of-district rate: $3.00 above the in-district sewer rate for the first 1,000 gallons and $3.00 over per additional 1,000 gallons used beyond that amount (motion by John Oetjen; seconded by Mike Harbin).
The minutes record the decision as a means to accommodate the property owners while preserving the village's rate structure; clerk will record the revised billing arrangement.
