The Lemont Township High School District 210 Board of Education voted unanimously on May 6, 2025, to go into closed session to conduct a self-evaluation with a representative of the Illinois Association of School Boards and to address personnel matters. "It was moved by Member Driscoll, seconded by Member Koehler, that the Board of Education move into Closed Session for the purpose of:" the minutes record, followed by the statutory citations for 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(16) and 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1).
The board recorded the roll call vote to enter closed session as Aye: Kardas, Driscoll, Antopoulos, Koehler, Marzec and Korte; there were no recorded nays. The minutes note the board moved into closed session at 5:03 p.m.; the meeting resumed public session after a second roll-call vote and the President declared the closed session concluded at 6:55 p.m. The minutes further note that Dr. Natalie Williams-McMahon represented the Illinois Association of School Boards during the evaluation and that the closed session audio was recorded.
