Laurens council approves proceedings and loan agreement for sewer revenue notes

Loren Booth moved to adopt Resolution 23-26 to institute proceedings for the sewer notes; Aaron Christenson seconded. The council then approved Resolution 24-26 authorizing the form of interim loan and providing for issuance and payment of the Series 2026 sewer note. Both votes recorded ayes from Martz, Christenson, Booth and Zylstra; Rick Woodley was absent.
