Proficient Medical representatives Tafilele P Mauga Jr. (CEO), Thomas Fender III (COO) and Maria “Angie” Mauga (co‑owner) answered Board questions; by motion of Adam Porath and second of Krystal Freitas the Board approved the license for Proficient Medical. Christian Breener appeared on behalf of Serendipity Medical Supplies and the Board approved that license as well. The approvals were recorded as unanimous.
