Council member Aaron Christenson moved to approve Resolution 21-26 to begin the proceedings for the water revenue notes; Homer Martz seconded. A roll call vote recorded ayes from Martz, Christenson, Booth and Zylstra; Rick Woodley was absent. The motion carried.
