Council member Homer Martz moved to approve Resolution 20-26, the FY27 budget; Aaron Christenson seconded. The council recorded ayes from Martz, Christenson, Loren Booth and Mayor Pro Tem Zylstra; Council member Rick Woodley was absent. The motion carried and the budget was adopted.
