At a Jan. 15 workshop, Board staff presented a proposed amendment to Chapter 639 of the Nevada Administrative Code to lower the minimum age to register as a pharmaceutical technician in training and to modify certain registration requirements.
David Wuest, the Board’s Executive Secretary, presented the regulation. The Board opened the floor for public comment and received none. By motion of Jade Jacobo and second of Chanyis Taylor, the Board approved the proposed regulation as presented by staff.
Board minutes record the action as approval of the proposed regulation pursuant to NRS 233B.061(2); the measure will proceed through the regulatory process as the Board directed staff to file the regulation language.
