Crainville board adjusts two residential sewer bills after appeals

For Felisa Cruise, whose water heater failed, the board likewise chose the highest sewer bill from the last three months as the billing basis; Cruise's water volume above that highest month will be charged at the Village's cost from Rend Lake Water District.
Pam Borders presented the water report and the two appeals during the Department Heads section of the meeting. The minutes record the board's decision on both appeals but do not list exact adjusted dollar amounts. The board asked staff to calculate the three-month comparisons and apply the adjusted billing method for the affected accounts.
