The Board voted to table a decision on the variance until the April meeting so the Village Attorney can review the legal question and report back. The motion to table was made by Art Mize and seconded by Julie Aue; the minutes record the motion carried with all present voting yea.
No final determination was made at the March 10 meeting; the Board directed the Village Attorney to advise on legal options before taking a vote.
