Julie Aue made the motion to transfer $30,000; J.D. Williams seconded it, and the minutes record that all present voted yea. The Board also approved payment of the March 2026 bills after Art Mize moved, with Mike Harbin seconding; the clerk recorded the motion as carried.
The actions were approved as routine business during the opening portion of the meeting. President Sam Jones and the clerk recorded that a quorum was present and that the Treasurer’s report had been presented to Board members.
