While council members discussed consolidating funds in the Capital Improvement Fund, they took no formal action on restructuring during the special meeting.
The council directed staff to proceed with advertising the public hearing on the Annual Appropriation Ordinance (set for Aug. 1, 2019 at 4:00 PM) and will consider any proposed changes to capital fund structure at a later meeting or work session if scheduled.
