District operations staff presented several vendor recommendations and contract renewals March 18. Jeremy Wickham recommended a five-year Canon copier lease at a fixed monthly rate of $14,414.52; staff estimate the 60-month agreement would save approximately $186,000 compared with current costs. Mr. Jeremy Davis recommended a one-year extension of the custodial services contract with ABM that follows CPI-U (proposed 2.9% increase) and raises minimum pay for custodians from $17.43 to $17.93. Dr. Holly Colin recommended renewing the AlphaBest childcare service agreement for 2025–26 with registration and tuition rates unchanged and terms continuing July 1, 2025–June 30, 2026.
The Canon lease, ABM renewal, and AlphaBest extension were presented for consideration and will be returned to the Board for formal approval at the April 22, 2025 Regular Board meeting.
