The board approved a proposed four‑year marketing and vendor agreement between Eagleville School and CCBCC Operations LLC (commonly referred to as Coke) to provide beverage vending, concessions and school‑store products. Staff described contract terms including minimum annual purchase volumes, yearly marketing fees, rebates and the provision of complimentary cases to the school.
Staff reminded members that the board can approve agreements up to four years and that any contract longer than four years would require county commission approval. Board members asked operational questions about permitted products in vending machines (no energy drinks and caffeine/sugar limits) and then approved the four‑year contract by voice vote.
