Councilmember Andrew Smith moved to authorize the administrator to sign the deed to the high bidder; Councilmember Lysa Palmer‑Augusta seconded and the motion passed 5‑0 by roll call vote. Staff noted the sale will make the parcel taxable and remove routine Parks Department maintenance obligations.
