Administrator (staff) presented revenue projections and cautioned that the estimate is based on 2023 ridership and that changes in fares could alter demand. Staff estimated the change would generate approximately $26,000 in additional annual revenue under current ridership assumptions.
Councilmembers debated whether to lock in multi‑year increases or revisit rates sooner; one member suggested reviewing results in one year to confirm impacts on demand and revenue.
