RISE state‑plan program enrolls 231 individuals; DMS seeks additional providers

Anne Holland, executive adviser and RISE project director, said the program currently has 231 individuals in the enrollment pipeline and that 125 have active person‑centered service plans and are receiving services. "We have 231 individuals that are enrolled," Holland said, adding that some are in assessment or selecting case managers. She reported 24 providers are certified and 18 are in process; 20 certified providers are Medicaid‑enrolled.
Holland said she would post the RISE program website and provider guidance in the chat and invited agencies to contact her about becoming providers. Employment Solutions and other participating providers described regional difficulty in finding residential providers for certain services; DMS and partner agencies said they are conducting site reviews and certification visits as part of onboarding.
