The council named Laci Werner as the new Dealership Representative after a floor roll-call vote. Scott Wheeler moved to initiate name-by-name voting; Russ Cazier abstained and one member was designated non-voting. The tally reported Laci Werner with three votes, William Chambers with two and Charlie Stevenson with two. Sheriff Nathan Curtis moved to accept the tallies and formally nominate Laci Werner; the motion passed unanimously via roll call.
For the Snowmobile Representative seat, staff and council members discussed two candidates and highlighted Alton “Dean” Harris's experience addressing single-track fuel issues and administering a state parking grant at Franklin Basin. All seven voting members cast unanimous floor votes for Harris; Brett Davis moved to ratify and Sheriff Nathan Curtis seconded. The motion carried unanimously and Harris was appointed.
