Council appoints Laci Werner and Alton “Dean” Harris to dealership and snowmobile seats

All seven voting members cast unanimous floor votes for Harris; Brett Davis moved to ratify and Sheriff Nathan Curtis seconded. The motion carried unanimously and Harris was appointed.
