Shelby volunteered to draft a one‑pager describing ambassador responsibilities and suggested a three‑to‑six month pilot to evaluate what works. Members encouraged coordination with the Chamber and other civic groups for directories and outreach and emphasized legal guardrails around publishing business contact information.
