The Prattville city council created and adopted a consent agenda containing four items. The chair called for a motion to create the consent agenda and councilor Jackson moved; councilor Chambers seconded. The consent agenda items were: (1) a resolution authorizing the mayor to abate overgrown grass and weeds at 1115 Mary Drive and charge incurred expenses pursuant to chapter 46 of the City of Prattville Code of Ordinances; (2) a resolution to set public hearings to declare overgrown grass and weeds a nuisance at 830 Cottage Lane, 125 Kingston Place, and 703 Waverly Lane pursuant to chapter 46; (3) a resolution granting permission to Sovereign Grace Church to collect a parking fee at The Grove for the 2026–27 Prattville High School football season; and (4) a resolution authorizing the city attorney to file a release of a garbage and rubbish lien on 124 Warwick Drive.
