A member argued the study would give the board third‑party statistics useful for communicating the fair’s countywide benefits: “we need to back up our arguments with the 3rd party statistics,” the member said. The motion passed without objection and staff were asked to coordinate with the suggested provider and to report back on grant availability and timelines.
