Board credits in‑house electrical work, contractor help for new vendor power hookups

“We rebuilt those panels instead [and] got us to our exact need for about one‑third to one‑half of the price,” the presenter said, noting that work done now preserves capacity for future pedestal rows. Board members asked whether those costs had been taken from this year’s fair budget and discussed whether some costs represented deferred maintenance rather than fair operating expenses.
