The Finance Committee completed a short agenda that included a formal recommendation to the Board to issue $2.75 million in HLS bonds, a procurement decision for expiring activity bus leases, and an update noting no news on Five Points.
Buck moved and Kopinski seconded the bond recommendation, which passed 3–0 in committee. Dr. Beverlin reported two activity bus leases expiring in June and the committee agreed to pursue quotes rather than a formal bid. The committee recorded no update from Five Points and adjourned at 4:41 P.M. after Essig moved and Buck seconded the adjournment.
