District reports fulfillment of multiple FOIA requests including painting-related requests from Painters Union
Summary

During the April 17 meeting the board secretary reported that the district had received and fulfilled multiple Freedom of Information Act requests. Several requests from the address ad.cuius.bonum@proton.me sought "the actual electronic data maintained by the Treasurer's office for the annual expenses paid to identified vendors" across various fiscal years; the district recorded that these FOIAs were received and fulfilled.
Separately, David Arvayo of Painters District Council No. 30 requested copies of recent paint purchase invoices, a list of painting/drywall/glazing projects scheduled within the next 12 months, submitted invoices for qualifying projects, and a list of any district staff who worked on related projects. The minutes note the receipt and processing of these requests but do not list responsive records in the board minutes.
