The board approved a resolution authorizing proposed amendments to the DuPage West Cook (DWC) Intergovernmental Agreement that would eliminate the formal DWC Board in favor of an Oversight Committee. Ms. Gasca moved the resolution and Ms. Lach seconded; the motion carried with all members recorded as AYE. The vote authorizes the district to sign the resolution approving the proposed amendments as presented in the March 11 agenda packet.
