Members gave examples of direct benefits: the Commissioner described how an alcohol servers permit processed through MyTN can let a newly hired server receive a license and start work faster. Officials said single sign-on and digital wallet concepts (for example, showing only date of birth rather than an address) are part of the design to protect privacy and streamline transactions.
