The City of Cleveland Beer Board on Feb. 9, 2026 approved a Class 1 (restaurant) permit for Kith Social, a proposed restaurant at 3625 Keith Street NW. The approval came after a brief presentation of the application and a roll-call vote that passed unanimously.
After reviewing the application materials, board member Tina Turner moved to approve the permit; Donald Humes seconded the motion. Board minutes record that the vote was unanimous. The application lists Ok Maguey, Inc. — owner Maria Swafford — and shows a pro-rate fee and survey were obtained as part of the record.
The board also handled routine business at the meeting, including accepting the minutes of the regular session held Nov. 10, 2025. Donald Humes moved to accept those minutes, Ellie St. Pierre seconded, and the motion was approved on roll call.
The meeting was presided over by Mark Smith and included board members Donald Humes, Ellie St. Pierre, Tina Turner and Scott McGowan. With no further business the board adjourned that evening.
