A majority asked staff to prepare consolidated, agreed-upon workshop directions (section 7 in workshop 1 and section 10 in workshop 2) and to present them on the screen for line-by-line confirmation. Staff agreed to consolidate the working directions and to reach out to DOT for technical clarifications on traffic-study triggers.
