PDC extends prior address-redaction finding to Michael Baumgartner’s older filings

Townsend explained the request covers older filings responsive to public-records requests and said the records would be exempt from disclosure if the Commission finds disclosure would present a personal risk under RCW 42.17A.120 and WAC 390-28-080. Chair Leach said he would rely on the prior hearing’s finding and granted the supplemental redaction, instructing staff to prepare the corresponding order.
