Townsend said the contribution exceeded usual amounts and was not a Democracy Voucher contribution; Joy Hollingsworth’s campaign confirmed it would permit redaction if the Commission approved. Chair Jay Leach noted that redacting the address would still leave the contribution and amount visible in the public record and ruled that the statutory and regulatory criteria were met, ordering redaction of the residential address.
