She said the asbestos work will proceed through the town's property-tax purchasing process and that weather will determine scheduling. Lisa encouraged departments and community groups to meet with regional EIF staff ahead of a December funding round, noting two application tiers: a lower tier under $500,000 and an upper tier she estimated near $1,000,000 to be verified.
