Oxford low bidder for Friendship Road; Commission to consider bids at next regular meeting

Commissioners discussed procurement timing and asked that the county attorney and procurement staff review the bids and any contract language prior to the August meeting. No contract award was made at the work session; staff will bring bid analysis and recommendation to the regular meeting.
