The board accepted the Treasurer’s Report (motion moved by John Oetjen, seconded by Jim Rains) and authorized a transfer of $45,000 from the Illinois Fund into the Village General Fund (motion moved by Mike Harbin, seconded by J.D. Williams). Both motions were recorded as carried with all present voting yea. The board also approved payment of the February 2026 bills (motion moved by Mike Harbin, seconded by Art Mize).
