The Rockwood City Council took a series of routine votes on resolutions and personnel items during the meeting. The council approved Resolution 26-7 to authorize submission of a letter of intent to join the Certified Tennessee Downtown program and approved Resolution 26-28 to modify authorized transfers from the general fund to the Local Government Investment Pool after staff described the transfer mechanics.
Council also approved Resolution 26-29 accepting a donated parcel at 700.25 Wilder Avenue and Resolution 26-30 authorizing the city attorney to file suit to collect a cleanup expense of $5,237.75 for 516 B West Baldwin Street.
