Rockwood finance report: general fund, airport appropriation and loan payoff noted

City staff presented the monthly financial statements and highlighted several fund balances and a paid-off regional loan. "At the end of June, 06/30/2026, in the LGIP, we have 50245024. The general fund, we have $669,002.68," staff reported.
Staff also listed payroll and other fund amounts and said the airport direct appropriation balance was $3,779,861.96 and capital projects at about $197,008.15. The report noted the region's bank loan was closed at the end of June and that final end-of-year numbers are not yet available because sales-tax receipts for June may arrive in July. The finance presentation concluded with staff offering to provide final numbers at next month's meeting.
