Committee members asked about scoring percentages, small‑business considerations, timeline and the level of specification in the RFP; staff said the solicitation will include a detailed parts spreadsheet and strict timeline requirements so most work can be completed before the school year. The committee discussed reimbursement timing and agreed staff should proceed with the RFP process and return with evaluation materials.
