Residents press for public access to site matrix and records as committee advances recommendations

Committee members agreed there were outstanding information needs and suggested residents could file records requests or contact city staff for access. A speaker asked whether property owners had signed letters of intent; the chair said no letters of intent or appraisals had been completed — property owners had only said they would 'talk' to the city.
