D92 technology director: PowerSchool breach did not affect District 92

Director of Technology William Witkowsky informed the board that a recent PowerSchool breach occurred but "District 92’s information was not breached." He also told the board he is coordinating with Dr. Lisa Lyke on ISA test administration.
Principals presented their Smart Goals and reported on progress at each school. Director of Curriculum Dr. Lisa Lyke also noted that the Homer Fire Department visited Oak Prairie for student CPR training and said a recommendation on a new ELA program is expected to come to the board in April. Director of Student Services Nora Skentzos reported that Ashley Lanzi received her Certified School Nurse license and that preschool screening will begin this month.
