Board: plans show dwellings within 100-foot lake setback; corrections required

"Now they have to be 100 feet off the lake," the chair said while reviewing the site plan.
Board members emphasized their obligation to enforce applicable setbacks and told the applicant to consult the applicable rules and provide corrected plans. The board noted it could not unilaterally override the requirement and that members would vote independently when the corrected materials were returned.
