County weighs reducing winter and Saturday hours at landfill; staff to gather user input

One commissioner noted that federal proposals to change daylight‑saving rules could affect schedules and asked staff to consider that possibility.
The commission agreed to revisit the proposal at the next meeting after staff outreach to users.
