Council approves two alcoholic-beverage licenses for restaurants in Sandy Springs

Revenue supervisor Tammy Edwards told the council that both applicants met requirements for on-premises consumption licenses and that staff recommended approval. For Taste Wine City Springs (ABL #28699) at 6405 Bluestone Road, applicant Benjamin (Benjie) Farris met the requirements and Council member Melissa Mueller moved approval; the motion passed by voice vote.
For Taka Sushi and Passion (ABL #28579) at 4600 Roswell Road, applicant Seung Geun Kim likewise met requirements and staff recommended approval. Council member Andrew Chinski moved approval and the council approved the item by voice vote. There were no public comments on either license during the hearings.
