Jennifer Townsend, presenting the modification request, explained that the candidate had amended mistakenly filed reports and sought redaction of her address and of any prior filings that included it. Chair Jay Leach found that the protection order and the safety risks prosecutors face met the legal standard for a reasonable risk, ordered prior reports redacted, and declined to require the residential address on the F‑1. Staff will issue a written order and communicate next steps concerning reapplication if the candidate is elected.
